Kelly is amazing. She was very patient and understanding. I’m pretty sure she knew what house was right before we did. She made sure we got what we wanted and paid the right price. Knows all about military moves. She goes above and beyond every time.

Buying my first home was a much more complicated and stressful process than I had anticipated and Kelly helped me navigate all of the twists and turns from start to finish. I really appreciated her flexibility to find times to view houses while accommodating my work schedule. Her knowledge, experience, and attention to detail while viewing houses allowed me to feel confident that nothing was overlooked and that I made the right choice. Kelly has a large network of industry contacts from lawyers to inspectors that I happily took advantage of, saving me a lot of time and energy searching for them myself. Lastly, Kelly has a great understanding of the housing market dynamics and trends in the area, which all get taken into consideration when bidding on the house.

Military move! We bought our house with Kelly in 2020 and it was an absolutely pleasure to work with her, so naturally when we learned we were posted we asked her again to be our agent! She was still amazing to work with, she listened and worked with us to get our house sold quickly and made sure it worked around our schedule of being a new parents!

Kelly was fantastic! We are not new homebuyers, but we were brand new virtual homebuyers. She kept reminding me that it would work and it did. Her walk through videos were fantastic (even when I asked her to wave when seeing her reflection because we generally waved at her). She accommodated all our odd questions anod was always patient with us. We found our home and she was integral in doing this.

I guess I am closing the loop on this post because Kelly also helped us sell the house. Seeing an agent work on both sides of the transaction really makes you appreciate the work they do and having to juggle both scenarios. Kelly was great and supporting us in the purchase and eventual sale of the house.
